1. Relaxed mornings - nothing rushed. Our charter boats depart at 9am and/or even more flexible as may be requested by divers.
2. We strive to accommodate levels of comfort of everyone on board, taking into account the individual needs and if sensitive to the sea conditions out there.
3. We follow strict hygienic and sanitation procedures with our rental masks and snorkels.
4. Our private charter/fishing boats are fully customized to our guest's expectations and preferences.
5. Our Dive Shop at the Secret Harbour Beach Resort enjoys a privileged  location for quick access to many fishing sites both over the Caribbean Sea and over the Atlantic Ocean.
6. After the boat trips our guests receive complementary use of beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the rest of the day at our most charming beach of Secret Harbour
7. We love working with kids and teenagers and introduce them to the boating world and to the sport of fishing 
8. Complimentary drinking water and fruit cuts are offered on our boating trips. Still an assortment of beverages and snacks are also available for purchase at our dive shop.
9. We offer to our guest an automatic 15% discount on gear sales and on Aqua Action branded apparel.
